About Me

Welcome to Floral and Fred! I'm Grace, the person behind the art. You can usually find me stitching somewhere! 

Floral and Fred is named after my two loves - my dog, Fred and my love for nature, flowers in particular. You will see a mix of the two featured throughout my work.

For me, embroidery is the one craft I keep gravitating back to time and time again. There is something so satisfying about seeing all your tiny stitches come together to create a unique piece of art.

I work on a commission basis and have had the opportunity to imortalise many pets into fiber art. I also offer hand made bespoke gifts for weddings, birthdays and new arrivals. Feel free to reach out if you have something in mind, I'm always happy to discuss your ideas! 

I have also had the honour to share what I've learned by teaching many of you how to get started on your own embroidery journey through my workshops.
